Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original invoice
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to our address (provided by support)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once refund is processed
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and cosmetic products (if opened)
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Food items and perishables

Damaged or Defective Items
